ProjectKINDNESS

ProjectKINDNESS is a project that is going back to the basics of self-care. It focuses on what every single cell of the body needs to thrive. It is what each cell will always need kind attention to by providing a consistent supply of fresh air, sunshine, optimal hydration, proper nutrition and supplementation, proper sleep, prayer, exercise, and especially kind words. 

ProjectKINDNESS is a project that empowers people for basic self-care that starts with kindness to oneself, kindness to your family, kindness to your friends, and finally kindness to your community.

 ProjectKINDNESS has 3 goals:

1. Education for health, wellness, and prevention through Boy Quiros Radio Talk Show (DXNA FM 91.3 Radio One, Radio Positibo), OJMM website, ProjectKINDNESS webpage. 

2. Community engagement through the Household distribution of ProjectKINDNESS Home Kit. The ProjectKINDNESS Home Kit will promote healthy cells with 

a. Basic vitamin supplementation with Nutraceuticals like Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Quercetin, Melatonin, Zinc, and Magnesium 

b. Early Home Intervention for CoVID 19 Therapeutics like Ivermectin or HCQ, Aspirin, and Paracetamol. 

c. 1-liter water container for daily optimal hydration

3. Building a community support system to foster the Act of Kindness.
